A message regarding COVID19 from <Your Practice Name>

The team here at <Your Practice Name> has been monitoring the Coronavirus carefully in our area, and prior to the increase in cases, we began taking precautions, such as using TELEMEDICINE for virtual appointments to accept new patients.

It is imperative that we begin to implement additional precautions for the safety of our community, staff and patients:

1.) If you are sick or have been exposed to the Coronavirus, please cancel your appointment by calling us at ###-###-####.

2.) Please avoid physical contact with our staff members if you have an emergency appointment at our office location. We will greet you with a warm smile, but not a handshake at this time.

3.) Please wash your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds prior to your arrival if you have an emergency appointment at our office location. With your permission, our staff will wash their hands as well. Please instruct them to do so, otherwise they will use the company-provided hand sanitizer. We have always utilized clean gloves when treating patients, but at this time all our staff wears clean gloves with additional precaution.

4.) Each team member has been equipped with hand sanitizer (over 70% alcohol) as well as Clorox wipes in an effort to minimize risk. Masks can be utilized upon request, however the CDC does not recommend masks for healthy individuals. Masks are only recommended for those that are sick.

5.) If a staff member is sick, they will be asked to stay home and get well; therefore, we ask for your patience and understanding in case an emergency appointment at our office location must be rescheduled.

We thank you in advance for your patience during this most challenging and unprecedented time.

Website Popup

Popups perform best when they have a purpose.

Below is a basic example of a client with 3 locations. This is the type of website popup you could post on your website so your active and new patients can easily see updates from your practice.

Facebook Ad Examples

Maximize presence with the 15-Mile Method.

Video is the ideal format to keep attention these days and stay top of mind with your audience. The key with Facebook video is retargeting your audience who has watched 50% or more of your previous video. This is a great hack to filter out people who are not interested and raving fans! Here are examples of the types of ads to run.

The 15-Mile Method

As you, your collogues and family members are aware, we are in uncertain times with Coronavirus plaguing our nation. Even though there has been a downturn in the economy, the Implant Patients on Demand team believes that dentists & oral surgeons are positioned to survive & even thrive during this crisis.

  • People around the world are isolated to their homes for periods of time along with their kids and family. They will be in their home all day with nowhere else to go. This is absolutely outside the norm.
  • Having spare time to review dental records and oral hygiene will inevitably lead to online bookings and emergency based appointment calls.
  • On top of this, people will be bored out of their minds looking for productive things that they can do. While they might not be looking to do a major reconstructive dentistry or implant procedures, any deferred oral hygiene will be more evident than ever.

77% of prospective patients now search online1 before booking an appointment, looking for answer to questions like “Do you accept my insurance?” “What conditions do you treat?” “What are your office hours?” But if your information online is not present and accurate everywhere patients are searching for your service, they will choose the competition over you!

People being isolated is leading to an increase in demand rather than a decrease. If you can keep yourself & your team mentally engaged the opportunity is there. Now is the time to either increase your current budget or STEP-UP for the sake of your team, your family & your community.

Sources: 1. Think With Google

In addition to an increase in demand for your dental services, there is going to be a massive increase in Social Media consumption (especially Facebook).

  • Lockdown has everyone home with no-where to go & nothing to do
  • People will feel isolated and crave social connection
  • They will be spending record breaking time than ever on their phones & social media

Since most non-essential businesses are closed down (gyms, restaurants, hotels etc.) the increase in Social Media Consumption will be met by a decrease in advertising. These business will NOT be advertising on Social Media since they are completely shut down!

With an increase in Social Media usage & a decrease in advertisers spending money…

This means you can get in front of your customers MORE THAN EVER with a higher frequency to break through all the noise and lowest costs.

HIGH DEMAND + LOW COST EXPOSURE = MORE PATIENT FLOW
(Your phones ringing & booked out online calendar)

The only reason patients would not call when in need is for one of two reasons:

  1. They don’t think you are open and taking virtual appointments
  2. They are fearful that it is not safe to schedule an emergency appointment at your office location

The means it’s critical to communicate across all channel “We’re open and We’re safe!”

  • Google My Business, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
  • Update your website messaging (Hours, Home Page Pop-up, Blog Posts etc)
  • Communicate via email with your active patients & leads

Enter the 15-Mile Method for Dentists & Oral Surgeons on Facebook

We need to tap into the exposure of Facebook & keep our message (“We’re open & We’re safe!) in front of our ideal patients.

This can be done via a simple “Video View” or “Reach Campaign” ideally using video views as the mechanism to build presence.

Here is how it works:
• We target the homeowners with the ideal demographics (all gender, ages 35-65+) in your service area (ideally a 15 mile area or less)
• We run a “Video View” or “Reach Campaign” to communicate our message
• We recommend a budget of $10-$25 per day
• Your audience will see your message with high degree of frequency
What we need from you:
In order for this to work best we need a Video shot by you or your team that follows our script so we can run on Facebook
